Premier Features
Our spacious, four-bedroom apartments were created with students in mind. Each unit is furnished and features beautiful wood flooring. Modern appliances can be found throughout the apartments, which alleviate normal day-to-day life with the utmost conveniences. And just so there’s one less thing for you and your student to worry about, we’ve included all utilities in the monthly installment payments.
Furnished Apartments
Each one of our PSU apartments is furnished and move-in ready so that residents can feel immediately at home the moment they walk through the door. All bedrooms feature a full-size bed, closets with built-in drawers, and large desks with adjustable shelving. In the kitchen, residents have access to a microwave, oven, and cooking range, a refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher.
On-Site Staff
Residents know who they can turn to with questions about their apartment or the community. Our on-site staff is here to help with anything that may arise. As part of this, all maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner to ensure that apartments continue to meet our high standards. Our management team is committed to providing premier services for every resident.
Roommate-Matching
Roommate matching allows students to be paired up with other residents with similar interests and living styles, setting the stage for harmonious living among roommates. During the application process, residents can take a short survey that asks questions related to habits, hobbies, lifestyle preferences, and class schedules. Our team then uses this information to match residents with like-minded peers.
Individual Housing Contracts
Individual housing contracts ensure that residents are only responsible for their portion of monthly installment payments. Even if a roommate misses a payment or moves out, the other residents will not be penalized. Our housing contracts also align with Penn State University’s academic calendar. This way, students can move in and get situated in their new Penn State off campus housing before the start of the fall semester.
