Here at The Legacy at State College, we offer spacious four-bedroom apartment layouts for residents of our State College student apartments to pick from. With lavish interior features, residents are sure to find a layout that suits their unique needs.

Our apartments have 4 bedrooms total. 3 private bedrooms and 1 shared bedroom for 2 people.

If you have a group of 4 people and want to rent all 5 bedrooms to be guaranteed you are not placed with a 5th roommate, contact the office for more details and rates! However, please note that all shared bedroom furniture will remain in the bedroom and will not be removed.

Please note when signing in a group of 4, 3 people would choose the private option when applying and 1 person would choose the shared option when signing.
